Shashlik Masan Branch is a charcoal-grilled steak and shashlik (skewer) restaurant in Deokdong (Gapo), Masanhappo-gu, Changwon. On a weekend evening with Mom, the writer ordered the Special Shashlik (chicken, pork neck and beef top blade) and the Truffle Plate, stuffed the meat and sauces into olive ciabatta like a burger, and finished with cheese fried rice.
