Suwon café lemon butter pasta and jambon hummus: Kueodeukkutteu
Kueodeukkutteu is a café and Western-style restaurant with terrace seating on Sinpung-ro in Haenggung-dong, Suwon. Visiting with friends right at opening on a weekend, the writer ordered manjo truffle green pea risotto for 19,000 won, jambon hummus for 15,000 won, lemon butter pasta for 17,000 won and perilla oil ice cream for 5,000 won. The lemon butter pasta was the standout on a menu you rarely see elsewhere, and Kueodeukkutteu works best when a group shares several plates.
