Squid fritters and seafood ramyeon in Yongin: Mr. Squid sashimi bar
Mr. Squid Yongin Bojeong Branch is an izakaya-style sashimi restaurant in the middle of Bojeong-dong cafe street in Yongin. Two of us ordered the flounder sekkoshi (thin bone-in slices) live fish set and ate our fill of assorted flounder, rockfish and salmon sashimi, squid fritters and refillable side dishes, though the seafood ramyeon that closed the meal tasted rather plain. Mr. Squid Yongin Bojeong Branch is a date-friendly Bojeong-dong sashimi spot best finished with the spicy fish stew next time.
