Lake-view window seat at a Sejong Korean restaurant: Bapkkot Hansang
Bapkkot Hansang is a hanjeongsik (Korean set-table) restaurant on the 3rd floor of Sejongmachi in Eojin-dong, Sejong, overlooking Sejong Lake Park. On a weekday just after 1pm, a window seat at Bapkkot Hansang came with a full lake view and the 25,000 won per-person Bapkkot Special, served in two rounds: a first table of side dishes, then a second with rice, tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patty) and gangdoenjang (thick soybean stew). Even taking just a little of each dish, the course turned out to be surprisingly filling.
