Shellfish grill buffet in Siheung Baegot: abalone butter fried rice
In short
Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch is an all-you-can-eat shellfish grill restaurant on the 2nd floor of Avenue France Central in Baegot, Siheung. After a satisfying first visit last year, the writer returned on October 10, 2026, and again found fresh shellfish and clean, well-kept tanks. Verdict: abalone innards butter fried rice, made with butter from the self-serve bar, was the most memorable dish of the return visit.

Why go back to Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch?
Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch (무한리필 조개구이 시흥배곧점) is the first place I think of when I want grilled shellfish in Siheung. I was so happy with it last year that I went again on October 10, 2026.
The clams were fresh again and the tanks were clean, so yes, it's still my favorite spot in Siheung. This time I even made butter fried rice with abalone innards, and it was a real treat. If you're looking for a group dinner place in Baegot, take note.

Are the clams still fresh on a return visit to this Baegot shellfish buffet?
The freshness satisfied me last time and on this return visit too. With all-you-can-eat shellfish, freshness matters most, right? No matter how much you can eat, you won't touch the clams if they're not in good shape.
I was especially impressed by how clean the tanks are kept. Last time I saw oysters attached to red scallops, and the abalone looked plump and pale, which stuck with me. This time too, grilling fresh shellfish to my heart's content made the return trip worth it.
It's fun to put the clams on the grill and cook them one by one, and the big plus of unlimited refills is that you can keep bringing more of your favorites without worrying.

How do you make abalone innards butter fried rice?
Collect the abalone innards, then stir-fry them on the grill with self-bar butter, instant rice and chili pepper, and you're done. This is the tip I most want to share from this visit.
Lots of people just throw away the innards when eating abalone, right? Here, set them aside. The butter is by the sauces at the self bar, okay? Grab that butter and stir-fry it with the saved innards and the instant rice. Chop in some chili pepper too and it's seriously delicious!
- Abalone innards
- Butter (sauce corner at the self bar)
- Instant rice
- Chili pepper
Remember this combo. Make sure the abalone innards are cooked through before eating.
Frying the butter and abalone innards together gave a really nutty, rich flavor, and adding the chili made it even better. Instead of grilling clams nonstop, making rice in the middle felt like enjoying a whole different treat. Honestly, this fried rice is what I remember most from this visit.

Is the seafood kalguksu still there? This time it was seafood jjamppong
On this return visit there was no seafood kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) at Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch, but there was seafood jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup). The menu may change, so it's worth checking the self bar when you visit.
Last time I really enjoyed the seafood kalguksu. Simmered with clams and abalone, the broth was amazing, and I even finished the noodles and then had rice in it. I did miss that kalguksu, but this time I discovered a new killer combo, the abalone innards butter fried rice, so I'm happy with that!
Is Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch good for a group dinner in Baegot?
It's a good pick for a group dinner or a get-together with friends in Baegot, since you can grill clams and chat together. The variety of sauces and side dishes at the self bar is another draw.
Last time I went in during the day and stayed until evening. Between the grilled shellfish and a few drinks, I lost track of time. I'd planned to go to karaoke and take a walk, but all those plans vanished.
I remember the service being great too: the staff swapped out the grill plates right away and checked whether the clams were cooked.

So will I go again?
Of course! Last time what stuck with me was the seafood kalguksu and the friendly staff; this time it was the fresh clams and the abalone innards butter fried rice.
It's not a place you visit once and are done with. It's satisfying even the second time, so no wonder it's my favorite in Siheung! If you're planning all-you-can-eat grilled shellfish in Baegot, I really recommend saving the abalone innards and frying them with butter, instant rice and chili.
