What is Low Five Anguk, and when is it open?

Low Five Anguk is a casual Western restaurant at 20-3 Bukchon-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul (1st floor). It is open Tuesday to Sunday, 11:30–21:00. Break time is 15:00–17:00, last order is at 19:30, and it is closed every Monday.

Today I wanted pizza, pasta, kimchi fried rice and more with a friend, so we went to the famous Anguk and Bukchon favorite, Low Five Anguk! It's so popular that we joined the waitlist through Catch Table (a restaurant waitlist and reservation app) before heading over, haha.

Low Five Anguk dishes filling the table

The table was packed, the portions are big and the ingredients are generous.

Half-and-half pizza (corn, pepperoni)

Corn and pepperoni half-and-half pizza

Wow, look at this corn pepperoni pizza! One half of Low Five Anguk's half-and-half pizza has golden-baked whole corn kernels, and the other half is loaded with pepperoni. Getting both toppings in one pizza made it even better.

Look at that cheese pull, my mouth is watering.. 🤤

A slice of half-and-half pizza showing the dough

Crispy outside, soft and chewy inside, with sauce and toppings piled on without holding back! The savory, sweet corn pizza paired with the spicy pepperoni pizza is the best. I totally recommend the half-and-half corn pepperoni pizza >.<

Alfredo cream pasta

The Alfredo cream pasta!! Wow, the grilled bacon is thick and big. It's slightly spicy, and the thick, rich cream sauce goes so well with it. Put a piece of bacon on, twirl the pasta around it and eat it in one bite. Your mouth gets totally full and it's delicious. Totally recommend 💛

Avocado kimchi fried rice

My friend and I like Korean food too, so we ordered the avocado kimchi fried rice, haha. Well-ripened avocado, a soft egg and kimchi fried rice with a strong smoky wok flavor, this combo is a guaranteed win. In the end, kimchi fried rice goes really well with pizza and pasta 💛 It's so, so good that I'd come just for the avocado kimchi fried rice.

Coke Zero and grapefruit ade

We also had a fizzy Coke Zero and a sweet, refreshing grapefruit ade.

Why I recommend Low Five Anguk

Enjoying Western food to the fullest after a long time at Low Five Anguk, the Anguk Station pizza place, was so delicious and made me so happy. Ordering three dishes between two of us, pizza, pasta and kimchi fried rice, worked out great. Try one of each with two people, haha.

If you're looking for a good Western restaurant in Anguk or Bukchon, I recommend Low Five Anguk, a casual restaurant where the taste, portions, atmosphere and service all satisfied me! It's a great Anguk-Bukchon date spot where friends or couples can comfortably enjoy tasty food 💛
