Moi Hair Makeup is a hair and makeup salon on the basement floor of a building 90m from Hongdae Station Exit 3 in Mapo, Seoul. Ahead of a profile photo shoot, the writer had thick wave hair, lash extensions applied one lash at a time, and full makeup at Moi Hair Makeup, and the waves held even on thin hair that never takes a perm or a curling iron. Separate hair and makeup artists work on each guest, and the salon even sends you home with the lip color it used, making it an easy stop before a profile or wedding-day shoot.
