Apgujeong Rodeo restaurant with sujebi and pork ribs: Yeontan Gongjang
Yeontan Gongjang is a long-running open-air grill restaurant hidden in an alley in the middle of Apgujeong Rodeo, Gangnam, Seoul. At 6:40pm on a Saturday the last outdoor seat was still free, and dinner was three servings of pork wang-galbi (large charcoal-grilled pork ribs, ₩19,000) plus wang-sujebi (large hand-torn dough soup, ₩23,000), with valet parking at ₩5,000 per hour. Between the charcoal-grilled ribs and the hand-torn dough soup, Yeontan Gongjang is filling enough to end the night without a second stop.
