Ganghan Sushi Cheonan Buldang Branch (강한초밥 천안불당점) is at 67-12 Buldang 21-ro, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, Chungnam, and you park in the First Plaza lot. When you come out of the lot, Ganghan Sushi is right there on the first floor.

I was craving sushi so badly today that I came to Buldang-dong, home of my number-one-tier sushi spot ⋆◡̎⋆ Parking is super easy too. Just park in the First Plaza lot ｡･ﾟ★｡·*･｡⛧

Does Ganghan Sushi have a break time?

Ganghan Sushi Cheonan Buldang Branch has no break time, so you can go any time between 11:00 and 22:00 every day. It's right there on the first floor when you come out, and having no break time is its biggest strength. If you're short on time, you can come whenever. Most restaurants have a break time, so I really love that this one doesn't 😗🩵

Opening is at 11:00, closing at 22:00, and last order is 21:30. When you order sushi, it comes with udon, a seafood croquette, miso soup, and washed aged kimchi.

I'm eating solo today, and the sign says solo diners are very welcome. I love that, no awkward stares, haha. Takeout is available too. Next time I'll get it to go ☺️

I also like that you can see the menu outside. Walking in and then back out can feel awkward, so you can look it over outside first and then go in.

Inside Ganghan Sushi: seating and waiting area

I visited after 2pm, and Ganghan Sushi Cheonan Buldang Branch had little to no wait, so I could pick a seat comfortably. Inside there are baby chairs and separate waiting seats.

For tables, there are seats for 2 and for 4. I sat at a table for 2! Please note the restroom password. You must self-register your parking when you leave. Don't forget, okay?!

Solo lunch, 16 pieces for ₩30,000: omakase sushi review

At Ganghan Sushi I ordered the omakase sushi 12P (₩23,000) and added 2 pieces of salmon sushi and 2 pieces of gamtae (seaweed) beef tartare sushi, and the total came to ₩30,000. One grown woman, 16 pieces, a piece of cake, right?

I gasped the second I saw it. Why does it look so glowy and delicious..? And the moment I took a bite, it melted like cotton candy!

Wow, the look of it is killer. It looks so appetizing and the toppings are generous, it totally hit my taste 🍣💚🩵 A mouthwatering sight, a tasty-as-heck dish, sushi. I feel like I never get tired of sushi 🍣😭🍣 Total raw fish lover here 🐠🐟🤎

Miso soup and mini udon on the side

The omakase sushi at Ganghan Sushi comes with warm miso soup and a side of mini udon. There I was, trying every angle to get a good photo, and honestly, happiness really isn't complicated, haha. I worried it might get stuck in my throat, but the warm miso soup alongside was heavenly ☺️♥️ The mini udon is a perfect bite-sized side too.

Every single piece of sushi was delicious, and I polished off a happy, healthy lunch in no time.
