Cheonan pork jowl grill with a self-serve banchan bar: Motsaenggin

Motsaenggin Ttungdwaeji Cheongdang Branch is a pork barbecue restaurant in Cheongdang-dong, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan, Chungnam. Two servings of pork jowl (₩38,000) and kimchi stew (₩13,000) were ordered, and a staff member set the meat on the grill with mel-jeot (fermented anchovy dipping sauce), cutting and cooking it at the table, while the self-serve bar offered myeongnan-jeot (salted pollack roe), white kimchi and other side dishes to take freely. The pork jowl bursts with juice, so pork jowl is the cut to order at Motsaenggin Ttungdwaeji Cheongdang Branch.
