How does the HEEDA charcoal balm texture feel on combination skin?

This was a black balm-textured cleansing balm. It came with a spatula built into the lid, which made scooping it out easy, and when I first touched it, it felt creamy and soft.

Using about one scoop and rolling it in, it turned oily like an oil cleanser. Rubbing it in for about 30 seconds, I didn't feel much irritation, and after rinsing off, I didn't notice much oily residue or dryness left behind.
