CrossFit group training in Gwanak, Seoul: Fist X
Fist X Seoul National University Entrance is a group training center a 2–3 minute walk from Exit 5 of Seoul National University Entrance Station in Gwanak, Seoul. As a CrossFit beginner, I tried FAT BURN, VOLUME, and weekend TOTAL classes; they were demanding, but the coach’s form guidance and other members’ encouragement helped me keep up.
