How well did it remove makeup?

I applied eyebrow product, eyeliner, an aegyo-sal (under-eye highlight) product, lip liner, a matte tint, and a glossy tint to the back of my hand, then tried removing them. After use, most of them came off quite cleanly.

For products used around the eyes, though—especially bold makeup such as eyeliner or mascara—I found it worked best to finish up with a separate remover once more.

How did the texture and emulsifying process feel?

The cleansing balm was easy to apply, massage in, and follow through with emulsifying. This one felt like a rich cream, and I actually liked that it did not run down during use as much as very soft formulas do.

The included spoon had a slight dip in the middle, so it was easy to scoop out the product. I took out too much at first, but by my standards, I think the amount I scooped out at once could last for several uses.

How did it feel for blackheads and sebum?

Normally, I use cleansing water and then go through a step of melting away sebum with oil. This time, I washed with just this cleansing balm and could see little sebum granules coming out, so it felt as if my cleansing routine had one less step.
