Was it okay to use on very dry skin without cleansing foam?

I’ve had extremely dry skin since puberty, and using cleansing cream and cleansing foam together used to leave my skin feeling intensely dry. Even using cleansing foam after cleansing oil made me worry about irritation in that final step.

HEEDA Cleansing Balm was a firm balm, but it melted like an oil as I rubbed it in my hands and it warmed up. Even though I did not use cleansing foam separately after removing my makeup, it did not leave a slippery feeling behind; to me, it finished both moisturized and fresh.

Did it remove eyeliner well?

I do not usually wear heavy makeup, but I always wear eyeliner, so cleansing power matters to me. My eyeliner came off well without vigorous rubbing, and my skin did not sting while cleansing either.

Were there any changes in blackheads?

After gently rubbing the area around my nose with the cleansing balm, the blackheads that had looked dark and felt bumpy seemed noticeably reduced. This was my observation after use, and I cannot conclude that it was an effect of the ingredients.

Could other skin types use it too?

I recommended it to my husband, who does not usually use oily products, and he said it suited him too. If you are looking for a finish somewhere between dry and oily, I think this texture is worth considering.
