Charcoal cleansing balm for blackheads: HEEDA Jirisan Moisture

Why did I choose a cleansing balm for blackhead care?

I used to use nose strips, but they were too irritating and it felt like the blackheads came back, so I switched to a cleansing balm to manage them daily. When my cleansing water ran out, I tried HEEDA Jirisan Moisture Charcoal Cleansing Balm.

What were the packaging and amount like?

It came in a black case with an integrated lid, and you can keep the spatula tucked into the lid, which made it convenient to use. Since I wear light makeup, about one-third of a spatula was enough for me.

How did I cleanse with it?

When I put the amount I needed on my face, it melted with my body heat and turned into an oil. I rolled it over my face for about 30 seconds, added water to emulsify it, and then washed with cleansing foam at the end. Sometimes I rolled it around a little longer while watching TV, too.

How well did it remove makeup, and how did it feel afterward?

It removed color makeup pretty cleanly, too. I usually use cleansing water because I dislike the residue from oils, but this one felt moisturizing after rinsing without any residue.

Did I notice an immediate change in my blackheads?

It was not like my blackheads disappeared right away. Still, my nose felt smooth after using it, so I am planning to keep using it consistently.
