Is this Konkuk Univ. ramen shop comfortable for eating alone?

The shop is small but has an open kitchen where you can see everything, which made me trust how hygienic it is. The seating is well laid out for "honjok" (people who eat alone), so the atmosphere was really comfortable for a solo meal without feeling watched.
Konkuk Univ. engineering college partnership and Onnuri voucher perks
I also picked up some great info while looking around the shop!
- Konkuk engineering college partnership deal: The shop is partnered with Konkuk University's College of Engineering, so when you order a main menu item you get perks like free or discounted noodles or chashu (braised pork slices)! I immediately understood why Konkuk students come here so often.
- Onnuri voucher accepted: It takes Onnuri mobile/card vouchers (Korean local-market gift vouchers), and you get a 7% discount when paying with a pre-charged balance, so it's easy on the wallet.

What we ordered at Sonoki Ramen Konkuk Univ. main branch

We ordered the shop's signature Sonoki Ramen and mazemen, a brothless noodle dish you mix up and eat. A big plus is that you can add all kinds of toppings to build your own combo.
Signature Sonoki Ramen: are extra seaweed and ajitamago the right call?

For the Sonoki Ramen we added ajitamago (soft-boiled marinated egg) and seaweed. My companion picked it because they were curious about the signature broth!

- Rich but clean broth: The milky pork bone broth is the real deal, with no gamey smell at all, just nutty and mild.
- 💡 Extra seaweed highly recommended!: My companion wrapped noodles in the seaweed and raved, "Adding seaweed is an absolute must!" Wrapping freshly lifted thin noodles in cool, nutty seaweed and dipping them in the broth makes the savory flavor explode.
- Moist ajitamago: The soft-boiled egg with its runny yolk melted in my mouth after soaking in the rich ramen broth.
Sonoki Ramen mazemen: is it spicy or salty?
The mazemen at Sonoki Ramen Konkuk Univ. main branch is a brothless dish where you toss the sauce and toppings together, and I added chashu to mine. The basic mazemen doesn't come with chashu, so if you like meat, I recommend adding it like I did!

- Mild and easy to eat: Many mazemen places are too salty, spicy or intense, but Sonoki Ramen's isn't too strong or spicy, so it slid down easily!
- Different ways to eat it: Partway through, drizzle on a little of the kombu vinegar (kelp vinegar) on the table and mix, and the flavor and savoriness come alive even more!
