I found Think Fruit (띵크프룻) while searching for a great soufflé place near Hongdae. Some days you just crave a soufflé, that fluffy, soft texture, and that day was today! I searched right away, found a place that looked so good, and went.

Best of all, the Think Fruit menu turned out to be a strawberry paradise, which I love so much...♥ If you're looking for a date course in Hongdae, a trip to Think Fruit with a sweet soufflé will make for a happy date!!

Think Fruit location, hours and parking

Think Fruit is near Hongik Univ. Station, in an alley next to the Gyeongui Line Forest Park in Yeonnam-dong, and its floor-to-ceiling windows make it easy to spot. It is open daily 12:00–21:00, with last order at 20:00.

Do you have to get a seat before ordering at Think Fruit?

Yes, at Think Fruit you secure a seat before you order. When you order, they ask which table you're at.

We went on a weekday, a little after lunchtime, and I was shocked at how many people were inside! Here's my tip: as soon as you walk in, grab a seat first.

Peaches are in season right now, so the fridge was packed with fresh peaches. At first I wondered if they were selling peaches, but they're ingredients. Seeing how good the peaches they use look made me trust the place even more!

The soufflé menu at Think Fruit changes with the seasons

Think Fruit makes its soufflés with seasonal fruit, so the soufflé you can try changes by season! The day we visited, only two were available to order: the peach soufflé and the strawberry soufflé.

I love both fruits, so I agonized over it... If other items hadn't been sold out and there were more on the menu, I'd have been stuck deciding all day... After much thought, I went with the strawberry soufflé!

While ordering I noticed they run a lot of Naver events (Korea's big search portal). Grab both the Häagen-Dazs and the ₩2,000 discount!

Think Fruit seating: alley window seats and an iMac photo spot

I think the floor-to-ceiling window seats looking out on the classic Yeonnam-dong alley are so charming. The mood was relaxed, perfect for enjoying a good soufflé. We wanted a window seat too, but it looked a bit tight for three people, so we skipped it!

Next to our table in the middle of the room, an iMac camera was running. This is definitely a photo spot! So of course we took photos haha

Does the soufflé take long?

At Think Fruit, you sit down after ordering and staff serve you at your table, with the drinks coming out first. It was a busy day, so when we ordered they warned us the soufflé would take a while.

Our drinks came first on a cute butter-colored tray. We had come straight from lunch and were full, so the wait gave us time to digest, which was actually great!!!

Think Fruit drinks: strawberry latte, strawberry ade, peach lemonade

Strawberry latte (₩8,000)

The strawberry latte at Think Fruit had a "best" mark on the menu. My boyfriend picked it and said it was good, so I tried a sip and it was so, so good.

Not too sweet, the milk was rich and nutty!! And the strawberry syrup didn't taste artificial; I loved the bits of strawberry pulp coming up here and there.

Strawberry ade (₩7,500)

The strawberry ade is the drink I ordered!! It has jelly-like bits in it with a nice texture. At first I was a little disappointed that it was less sweet than I expected, but as I kept drinking it felt refreshing, so it turned out great!

But the strawberry latte was better.. Next time I visit Think Fruit I'm definitely ordering the strawberry latte.

Peach lemonade (₩7,500)

The peach lemonade is what my friend, who always orders iced tea, picked. She said it was tangy and sweet and delicious.

How does the Think Fruit strawberry soufflé (₩21,000) taste?

The strawberry soufflé at Think Fruit is ₩21,000 and comes as three thick soufflés. The soufflé was so soft and delicious.

Finally, today's star, the strawberry soufflé, arrived. Kyaa.. so fresh and tangy, the look is dazzling.. and it melts in your mouth T_T♥

Fresh strawberries in summer?

The strawberry soufflé at Think Fruit comes topped with fresh strawberries even in summer. Think Fruit is a Häagen-Dazs retailer, so they also put delicious Häagen-Dazs strawberry ice cream on top of the soufflé.

It's summer, so I wondered if they might be frozen strawberries rather than fresh, but they were perfectly fresh strawberries, and so delicious!

The whipped cream on top was also so good. Putting strawberry crumble on the soufflé gave tangy, sweet, crunchy flavor and texture, so good. The blessings of strawberry never end...

They also drizzle on syrup for extra sweetness! Doesn't the fluffy, bouncy soufflé look so tasty?

Taking a big bite with a strawberry on top made me so happy..♥

Who is Think Fruit for?

It wasn't just my own taste, after all. Think Fruit has earned two Blue Ribbons (a Korean restaurant guide's award)!!
