Thin 25cm vs thick pork cutlet near Pyeongdong Station: Jinsim King

Jinsim King Donkatsu Pyeongdong Branch is a large donkatsu (Korean pork cutlet) restaurant in Gwangsan, Gwangju, about 850m from Exit 3 of Pyeongdong Station. We walked in early in the evening with no wait and shared two dishes: the half-udon set (₩13,900), with a thin 25cm king donkatsu, and the jjol donkatsu (₩14,900), with a thick cutlet. The portions were so generous that two of us barely finished. Verdict: if you prefer thin cutlets, order the half-udon set; if you prefer thick ones, order the jjol donkatsu.
