I watch YouTube videos often and use phone stands a lot, too. I was curious about the MagSafe system, so I tried the 비티냐 360° Rotating Portable MagSafe Phone Stand.

What comes in the box, and is it portable?
The package includes the stand body, two magnetic tapes, and an Allen wrench. The body felt light at about 190 g, and because it folds up, it did not feel bulky.

It was easy to slip into a pocket or bag, so I thought it would be nice to bring along to a café or on a business trip. I could use it without separate tools or any complicated setup.

Can it hold phones without MagSafe?
Android phones such as Galaxy models without MagSafe can reportedly be held magnetically by applying the included magnetic tape. The listed compatible devices are the iPhone 12, 13, 14, and 15 series.
The magnet felt strong while I used it. My phone attached firmly, and it felt stable once mounted.

How stable is the base, and how does the angle adjustment work?
The matte black finish gave it a clean look. The base plate is flat and wide, so it felt like it supported the stand firmly.

Its three-axis rotating structure lets you adjust the height and angle and rotate it 360 degrees. It was easy to set it where I could comfortably watch videos. I worried the adjustment might be stiff, but it was neither stiff nor loose in practice, and it stayed well in the position I set.

It was also easy to switch between landscape and portrait orientation. I rotated my phone and adjusted the angle to suit the video I was watching or the situation.

How did I use it for solo meals and cooking?
I always tend to watch videos when I eat alone, so I used it often during meals. When cooking, I stood it up in the kitchen to watch videos, and I also used it for video calls with friends. Being able to change the landscape or portrait orientation and angle to fit the situation was convenient.

Even when I turned it upside down or shook it with my phone attached, it did not fall off within what I tested. The magnetic hold and angle lock felt stable, and I found myself reaching for it often when watching videos in everyday situations such as meals or cooking.
