Visiting for a weekend lunch, the writer tried the fresh noodle soup set, spicy bibim jjolmyeon at level 1, a plain noodle soup, and vegetable-topped flat dumplings — and even level 1 was sweat-inducingly spicy. A solid pick for chewy noodles and rich cauldron broth at a great price.
