Beef tartare mulhoe and fried rice at Ilmigop, an Anyang gopchang
Ilmigop is a gopchang (grilled beef intestine) restaurant in Bisan-dong, Anyang, Gyeonggi, near the Bisan 1-dong Community Center and Pyeongchon Xi I'Park. On a second visit the order was assorted gopchang, Korean beef tartare mulhoe (cold raw beef soup) and fried rice: the intestines had no gamey smell and were packed with fat, the mulhoe kept turning up more tartare, and one order of fried rice came to about 1.5 servings, just right for two. At Ilmigop, save room for that final fried rice no matter how full you are.
