Beef tartare mulhoe and fried rice at Ilmigop, an Anyang gopchang
In short
Ilmigop is a gopchang (grilled beef intestine) restaurant in Bisan-dong, Anyang, Gyeonggi, near the Bisan 1-dong Community Center and Pyeongchon Xi I'Park. On a second visit the order was assorted gopchang, Korean beef tartare mulhoe (cold raw beef soup) and fried rice: the intestines had no gamey smell and were packed with fat, the mulhoe kept turning up more tartare, and one order of fried rice came to about 1.5 servings, just right for two. At Ilmigop, save room for that final fried rice no matter how full you are.

You know what it means when I say I revisited a place for a food post, right haha. Ilmigop, a gopchang restaurant in Bisan-dong, Anyang, is somewhere I loved on a previous visit, so this time I went back and properly ordered assorted gopchang, Korean beef tartare mulhoe, and fried rice...
To cut to the conclusion first: the gopchang had no gamey smell at all and was packed with fat, and the beef tartare mulhoe came in a genuinely generous portion. But surprisingly, the fried rice I ate last was the real star. Even if you're full, make sure you eat the fried rice!!!
Where is Ilmigop? Near the Bisan 1-dong Community Center in Anyang

Ilmigop is located near the Bisan 1-dong Community Center and Pyeongchon Xi I'Park.
Since I'd already been once, I walked in this time with zero worries about the taste haha. Honestly, once you eat gopchang somewhere with a strong gamey smell, you don't crave it for a while, right, ugh. But I remembered eating well here without any gamey smell from my first visit, so when I started craving gopchang, I naturally ended up back here.
What we ordered at Ilmigop, plus the free soft tofu stew

This time we ordered assorted gopchang, Korean beef tartare mulhoe, and fried rice, but the first thing that arrived — the complimentary soft tofu stew — was already so good...!!! Honestly, that alone could've gotten through a bottle of soju. We kept spooning up the sundubu-jjigae before the gopchang even came out, and it already felt like drinks had properly begun.
For the main event we had the assorted gopchang, cleansed our palates in between with the beef tartare mulhoe, and finished with fried rice — I think I'd order this exact combo again next time.
How the assorted gopchang tasted: gamey smell and fat content

First off, the assorted gopchang genuinely had zero gamey smell. The two things I care about most when eating gopchang are the smell and the fat, and here the fat was really packed in. One bite in, that nutty richness hit me and I thought, ah, this is why I came back haha.
Since we ordered the assorted platter, each piece had a different texture, so we never got tired of it and overall it was really delicious. I'd come back because of how good my first visit was, and being satisfied the second time too means gopchang will naturally bring this place to mind from now on.

Korean beef tartare mulhoe: the tartare keeps coming
I'd really recommend having the Korean beef tartare mulhoe alongside the gopchang. At first I wondered if I really needed to order mulhoe when I'd come for gopchang. But the broth was so tasty, and above all, it's genuinely loaded with tartare. It's not the kind where you fish out a few bites and you're done — the tartare just kept coming, and eating it alone was pretty filling haha. Going from hot, savory gopchang to a cool bite of mulhoe cut through the richness perfectly, so the combo was great.

One order of fried rice is 1.5 servings, just right for two
And the last fried rice is truly the kicker. We were already stuffed from the gopchang and mulhoe, but I would've regretted skipping it, ugh. What I especially liked was that one order comes out to exactly 1.5 servings. You know that dilemma when two people go and one order feels slightly short but two orders feels like too much? For us, the amount in a single order was just right. Save room for the fried rice no matter how full you are haha.

Final verdict: would I go back to Ilmigop?
If you're looking for a good gopchang restaurant in Bisan-dong, Anyang, I'd absolutely go back to Ilmigop. This isn't a place I went to because it's famous online — I found it delicious myself and returned because of that, which makes me want to recommend it even more.
From the complimentary sundubu-jjigae that already makes you crave soju, to the assorted gopchang with no gamey smell and plenty of fat, to the generous portion of tartare in the beef mulhoe — all of it was satisfying. And seriously, don't skip the fried rice at the end haha.
Next time too, I'd probably order the exact same combo — assorted gopchang, Korean beef tartare mulhoe, and fried rice. This is the place I'll come back to whenever I want a proper gopchang meal in Bisan-dong, Anyang ><
