Okdoenjang Cheonan Buldang (옥된장 천안불당점) is a Korean restaurant on Geomeundeul 3-gil in Buldang-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan. Three diners came for dinner and ordered the large assorted suyuk jeongol (boiled pork hot pot, 600g), 3 bowls of rice, cola and an extra plate of gochu-bugak (crispy fried chili peppers). The pork had no gamey smell, the broth was deep and the chili peppers were crunchy, making Okdoenjang Cheonan Buldang worth a return visit for a hearty, hot-soup meal.

Two friends ordered the medium mixed stone plate at Ssosam 208, grilled the pork belly with aged kimchi and tofu, and ate it with salt, with wild garlic leaves or as a samhap (pork, kimchi and tofu bite), while the complimentary spicy noodles were also satisfying. Open from 3 PM to 2 AM, Ssosam 208 Suwon Station Branch is a good Suwon Station pick for late-evening pork and drinks.
