The pomodoro, made with basil, pepper, virgin olive oil, tomato sauce, burrata and spaghetti, looked great. The burrata was soft and rich.

The tomato sauce had the fresh, sweet-and-sour taste of real tomato. The spaghetti was cooked nicely firm, so the texture was good.
