Jukrim Sutbul Dwaeji Gui (죽림숯불돼지구이) is a charcoal-grilled pork restaurant on Gwangnam-ro in Suyeong, Busan, close to Gwangalli Beach. On a Sunday evening, two friends ordered 1 serving of Iberico pluma, 2 servings of aged pork neck and chadol doenjang sulbap (beef brisket and soybean paste rice), and staff grilled everything from start to finish, so the evening was free for conversation. The aged pork neck at Jukrim Sutbul Dwaeji Gui was tender enough to order again.

Paldo Ppyeogui Suyeong Main Branch is a spicy marinated bone grill restaurant on Gampo-ro 102beon-gil in Suyeong-gu, Busan. After work, two friends ordered the rice ball set in the small size (2 servings, 35,000 won) at the mild spice level and ate through five side dishes, self-assembled rice balls and Bushman bread. The mild level is about as hot as Shin Ramyun, exactly as the staff described, so it works even for people who are weak with spicy food.
