Busan gopchang restaurant, Friday annex outdoor seats: Bupyeong Yang
Bupyeong Yang Gopchang is an open-air (yajang) beef offal restaurant on the gopchang alley of Kkangtong Market in Jung-gu, Busan. Arriving on a Friday at 5:30pm, the outdoor tables at the main branch and branch two were already full, so the meal happened at the annex across the street: a small stone-pan seasoned gopchang, a bowl of rice, udon sari and fried rice to finish. For an outdoor table at Bupyeong Yang Gopchang, getting there before 6pm is the safe plan.
