Hi everyone, it's Ibappul, always hungry for something new. Today's beauty day took me to On The Boutique, a one-minute walk from Seonjeongneung Station, for a black tinting lash lift. They lifted my naturally long lashes in such a natural way... I'm so, so happy with the result!!!

I can't be the only one who falls asleep during a lash lift, right? I must have been so comfortable — I dozed off, and when I opened my eyes, the perm was already done. That's how relaxing this lash lift was. Now let's get into the honest, detailed review.

How to get to On The Boutique, and opening hours

On The Boutique is a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Seonjeongneung Station. Go one block from the main road and turn into this alley — you'll spot the standing signboard right away. The address is 682-10 Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, and business hours run from 8 AM to 10 PM.

What On The Boutique looks like inside

The interior of On The Boutique is done in clean white decor. It felt cozy, like being in someone's home. Seeing everything so neatly arranged, I could tell they cared about cleanliness too.

This is the room where I got my lash lift. It's a one-person structure, just me in the room, which made it feel even more comfortable. The bedding and tools were all neatly organized. The way the stylist spoke to me, gently and softly, made it feel like a healing session rather than a treatment.

Which lash design suits long lashes? The consultation with Director Rahee

Before starting, Director Rahee looked at my eye shape and lashes and thought through what design would suit me best. We went with the On The Ddolmang Perm.

My lashes are quite long, so stylists are often surprised whenever I come in for a lift, haha. Since On The Boutique works with all kinds of eye shapes and lashes, she immediately caught that curling them straight up wouldn't look pretty, and adjusted the shape to lift as naturally as possible. I loved that level of attention to detail — it made me trust her completely and just lie back, haha!

Ta-da, here's my finished lash lift! Throughout the treatment I could really feel Director Rahee's delicate touch and how careful she was to avoid irritating my eyes, so before I knew it, I'd fallen asleep... and it was over, haha.

Can you see how natural the lift looks from the side? Instead of the overly dramatic curl I was worried about beforehand, it came out beautifully natural! The before-and-after difference from the front is unmistakable. Thanks to the black tinting, my eyes look even more defined too.

Each strand was clearly separated and lifted so the whole look came together well. My front lashes are a bit uneven in length from being singed once, but she made sure to lift them as much as possible — the front lashes are usually the hardest to curl, so I was glad she got them all up.

Even from below, you can see how evenly each lash is set, and even without mascara or lash serum, the black tinting alone made them look defined. I think I can go without mascara now, haha. Here's the front view of my lashes — aren't they lifted so beautifully?! I'm completely in love. This might be the most delicately done lash lift I've ever had!

One week later: how long the curl lasts, and the verdict on On The Boutique

A week after the treatment, the curl from my black tinting lash lift at On The Boutique is still holding up!! (Genuinely so, so satisfied!!) They also gave me detailed aftercare instructions, so I'm hoping to keep it looking good as long as possible and come back again.

I've noticed in other reviews that people who come here once tend to keep coming back only here, and I think I understand why. Getting a treatment tailored one-on-one to my own eyes made the results so much more satisfying, and being welcomed so kindly in such a relaxed atmosphere made the whole experience feel especially healing.

Honestly, I got the most comfortable sleep... a 50-minute healing session, if you will. The bedding was so soft it felt like it was wrapping around me — the best.
