Goseong beachfront sashimi restaurant and seafood spread: Bongpo Hoega
Bongpo Hoega is a sashimi (raw fish) restaurant across from Bongpo Beach in Goseong, Gangwon. A couple ordered the small assorted sashimi platter at 120,000 won and worked through abalone, shrimp, sea squirt and scallops before the pufferfish and flatfish sashimi and a spicy fish stew, with soju and beer at 5,000 won each. Even the side dishes tasted fresh, making Bongpo Hoega a full win for two self-declared raw fish lovers.
