Busan shabu kalguksu: adding meat all at once overcooks it, Yunujae
Yunujae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is a shabu kalguksu (hot pot with knife-cut noodles) restaurant on the main road in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. The white-broth shabu kalguksu is 11,000 won per person for two, plus 140g of sirloin for 8,000 won, and following the staff instruction to drop in all the meat and boil it for 5 minutes overcooked it, so adding only as much as you can eat at a time worked better. Between the house-made kalguksu noodles and the fried rice at the end, Yunujae still felt like good value in the 10,000-won range.
