Gilchon Sutbul Galbi Seomyeon Main Branch is a charcoal-grilled marinated and fresh pork rib restaurant on Dongcheon-ro 107beon-gil in Busanjin, Busan. Arriving on a weeknight late evening without a reservation meant a 10-minute wait, then marinated pork ribs with self-refill lettuce wraps and cheese bread, plus an added half portion of ribs, kimchi jjigae (kimchi stew) and a bowl of rice. Pairing the marinated ribs with cheese bread and kimchi jjigae is the reason for going back to Gilchon Sutbul Galbi Seomyeon Main Branch.

Busan tonkatsu second branch, first visit for meat curry: Hets Jeonpo

Hets Jeonpo Branch is a tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant on the second floor of a main-road building in Busanjin, Busan, and the second location after the Gwangan branch. A regular at the Gwangan branch came with a friend for a late dinner and ordered YBD hire katsu, YBD loin katsu, meat curry and oolong tea, and rated the kkakdugi and salad sauce just as highly. With bar seating full of solo diners and a CatchTable kiosk outside for waiting, Hets Jeonpo is an easy stop for tonkatsu in Jeonpo.
