Bibim guksu solo lunch at Gangnam Gyoja, a Seohyeon Station restaurant
Gangnam Gyoja Bundang Seohyeon Branch is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) and gyoza dumpling restaurant on the 2nd floor of Dadu Plaza, right in front of AK Plaza by Exit 5 of Seohyeon Station in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. Eating alone on a weekday around 1pm, the writer had one bowl of bibim guksu (spicy mixed noodles) tossed with meat and cucumber strips and a full plate of ten gyoza dumplings that burst with juice. Gangnam Gyoja is known for its kalguksu, but the bibim guksu was a success too, and a return visit is certain.
