Beef brisket jjamppong tang at Room Pojangmacha, Dongseong-ro Daegu
Room Pojangmacha is a Korean bar-restaurant on Dongseong-ro 4-gil in Jung-gu, Daegu, with 50 side dishes and a buy-one-get-one deal on them. The order was beef brisket jjamppong tang (spicy seafood soup), the hot yukhoe fire chicken cold noodles and an X-bomb, all served together: the soup came loaded with mussels, brisket and cabbage, while the fire noodles were only about as spicy as Shin Ramyun and topped generously with yukhoe (raw beef). With its casual pojangmacha mood, Room Pojangmacha is an easy place to sit with friends for a first round or a second.
