Gijang outlet restaurant with arugula prosciutto pizza: Bueokgan
Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets is a Western restaurant on the 1st floor of the Shinsegae outlet mall in Gijang, Busan. A couple arrived around 3pm on a weekend, in the quiet gap between lunch and dinner, and ordered carbonara (19,000 won), seafood tomato pasta (19,000 won), arugula prosciutto pizza (22,000 won) and a zero-sugar cola (2,500 won). The cream and tomato pastas alongside the arugula pizza worked so well together that Bueokgan became their set stop for Gijang outlet shopping days.
