The Siji branch is long and narrow, running toward the back, and it's tidy. The tables are spaced widely, which I liked, and the clean interior makes it a good fit for family dinners or group gatherings.

I ordered the snowflake pork belly to share with my child. My kid says this is the tastiest pork belly around, haha.

There's a guide on how to eat it best in one corner, so we followed it.
What side dishes come with the Korean BBQ?
Nunkkoccheul Nanuda serves its banchan (side dishes) as a neat full spread, and the sweet vinegar sushi and fish cake soup are free. Putting the meat on top of the sweet vinegar sushi and eating it like sushi was a real treat!

How does the staff-grilled snowflake pork belly taste?
A staff member grills the snowflake pork belly for you, so all you do is wait comfortably, and it came out cooked just right. The whole pork belly is covered in countless cuts, so I understood right away why it's called snowflake.

Meat grilled on a sizzling cast-iron plate is guaranteed to be good! The pork blooms open along the cuts, and because a pro grills it, the juiciness is unbelievable 👍🏻
They also cut the leftover meat into easy-to-grill pieces before leaving, so we grilled it in small batches right away.

The snowflake pork belly is tender and tasty enough to eat plain, and dipped lightly in salt or wrapped in a lettuce wrap, it's pure bliss 🌟 Maybe because the cuts are so tight, the outside was crispy and the inside full of juice. No wonder it's a famous Siji BBQ spot!
Best way to eat snowflake pork belly: white kimchi and danchobap

White kimchi was my number one pick: eating it with garlic chives grilled alongside the meat, I could have gone on forever, haha.

My child's favorite was meat on top of the sweet vinegar sushi, and when I tried it too, it was delicious, haha.

Because it's carefully scored pork belly grilled on sizzling cast iron, I enjoyed it down to the last bite! It goes well with the side dishes, and the friendly service every time makes you want to come back, haha. Thanks to Nunkkoccheul Nanuda's carefully made snowflake pork belly, my child and I finished a lovely meal.
