Where is Jojo AK Plaza Suwon?

Jojo AK Plaza Suwon is on the B1 floor of AK Plaza Suwon, 924 Deogyeong-daero, Paldal-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi, South Korea. It's open 10:30–20:00.

I found Jojo while looking for a place to eat at Suwon Station! AK Plaza has so many restaurants that I couldn't decide where to go. But then this crazy-good smell hit me, and I just couldn't walk past, right? 👀 I stopped in my tracks like I'd been hypnotized and went straight in!

Jojo is right next to the cake shop you see as soon as you come in through the entrance, and there's a malatang shop next door too, so it's not hard to find! AK Plaza at Suwon Station has everything from proper meals to desserts, so if you're stuck on what to eat, keep an eye out 👀 I was just walking by when a delicious smell drifted over and pulled me in, haha.

What did I order at Jojo?

I picked the yakisoba set (stir-fried noodles with a gyoza side). Out of all the items on the menu, this one lets you enjoy yakisoba and gyoza together, so I ordered it without a second thought.

I also checked out the signature dishes in the restaurant. Looking at the menu photos made me curious about the other dishes too. Next time I want to try something else!

Are the open kitchen and water purifier convenient?

Inside Jojo there's an open kitchen. The kitchen is open, so you can naturally see the cooking area too! It felt like I finally knew where that delicious smell was coming from!

And one point I secretly loved: the water purifier is right near the restaurant. You don't have to wander off to find water, which is really nice. Little conveniences like this matter more than you'd think when you're eating, don't they?!?!

What's in the yakisoba set, and how does the mentaiko sauce gyoza taste?

The Jojo yakisoba set lets you enjoy yakisoba and gyoza together. The food I'd been waiting for finally arrived! Isn't this the perfect set when you don't want to settle for just one dish? It looked so good I wanted to dig in right away 👀

Dip the gyoza in the mentaiko sauce

The gyoza is the item I really want to recommend at Jojo. I dipped it in the mentaiko sauce, and wow… this combo is seriously good! The savory gyoza plus the umami of the mentaiko sauce made me keep reaching for more. Dipped in the sauce, it was far more appealing than eating it plain. When you eat the gyoza, definitely have it with the mentaiko sauce. I really recommend this combo⭐️

The main of the set: bouncy yakisoba

I tried the yakisoba, the main of the set, too⭐️ One bite of the bouncy noodles and I could enjoy what makes yakisoba special. Having gyoza alongside made the meal more varied, which I liked. It's a good stop when you're shopping at Suwon Station and crave a tasty Japanese meal! Have a filling meal with the yakisoba set at Jojo AK Plaza Suwon.
