Mushroom kalguksu and shrimp minari pancake in Giheung: Deungchon
Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Giheung Station Branch is a shabu-shabu and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) restaurant on the second basement floor of ICT Valley Building B at 58 Giheung-ro in Yongin, Gyeonggi. The order was spicy mushroom kalguksu, priced at 10,000 won per person as shown in the photo menu, plus a barley shrimp and minari (water dropwort) pancake, eating the minari and mushrooms shabu-shabu style before moving on to the noodles. The spicy broth, fragrant minari and the crisp, nutty pancake made for a well-matched meal.
