Gamjatang in Gimhae Yulha: large bracken pot with parents, gondre rice
Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Gamjatang Yulha Branch is a gamjatang (pork bone stew) and haejangguk (hangover soup) restaurant in Yulha, Gimhae. On an evening with rain in the forecast, the writer and their parents ordered a large bracken (gosari) gamjatang with the rice changed to gondre (Korean thistle) pot rice, and the whole family loved the unlimited potato, rice cake, sujebi, glass noodle and ramen add-ins, the tender neck bones and the gondre-scented pot rice. Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Gamjatang Yulha Branch suits anyone who wants gamjatang piled high with bracken instead of dried cabbage greens, eaten with parents in a roomy dining room.
