Busan shabu kalguksu at induction 5 and 6, self-fried rice: Yunujae
Yunujae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is a shabu-shabu and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) restaurant on Suyeong-ro in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. The shabu kalguksu set costs 11,000 won per person and includes 70g of sirloin, vegetables and mushrooms, noodles and fried rice; the writer, a regular, adds extra sirloin and runs the three-part combo — meat at induction level 5, noodles at level 6 for 5 minutes, then fried rice cooked at the table — with a 2-to-1 soy sauce and wasabi dip in the red broth. That order and the sauce ratio are what make Yunujae worth returning to.
