Gyeongyangsik Dal and Sixpence Main Branch is a homemade pork cutlet restaurant in Dong-gu, Busan, about a 3-minute walk from Exit 6 of Busan Station. The order was the Cheese King Pork Cutlet and the Sweet Potato Cheese Cutlet, served with a pre-meal soup (extra bowl 500 won) and a self-serve broth sprinkled with shichimi, and the cheese stretched softly instead of turning stiff. Dal and Sixpence is an easy lunch stop right before a train or as a first meal after arriving in Busan.
