Sashimi bibimbap with a stroller in Sinho-dong Busan: Suseong Susan
Suseong Susan is a restaurant in Sinho-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan specialising in mulhoe (chilled raw fish soup) and hoe bibimbap (sashimi rice bowl). Two dishes were shared: a half-and-half flounder and fluke hoe bibimbap for 20,000 won and a flounder mulhoe for 19,000 won, with the sashimi served on a separate plate to mix in as you like and one whole abalone included as standard. Tables at Suseong Susan are spaced far enough apart to roll a stroller right in, making it an easy choice for a family meal with a baby.
