How do you eat the poached-egg pork ganjjajang?

Bueokgan's poached-egg pork ganjjajang (₩10,000) comes with fire-kissed pork belly, onion, shredded cucumber and a poached egg on rich black bean sauce. The key is to break the egg and toss the yolk through the noodles.

First out was the poached-egg pork ganjjajang, which looked mouthwatering just sitting there! Glossy, rich black bean sauce was topped with smoky stir-fried pork belly, onion, fresh shredded cucumber and a soft, wobbly poached egg, lol. I mixed the sauce through the noodles and took a bite, and the savory depth and smoky wok flavor just exploded in my mouth!

The key tip for really enjoying the poached-egg pork ganjjajang!! Gently break the moist poached egg on top with your spoon and toss it so the soft yolk coats the noodles. T_T

The rich, mild yolk blends fantastically with the salty ganjjajang sauce and finishes the deep flavor. Honestly the best 👍

How does the beef brisket jjamppong broth taste?

Bueokgan's beef brisket jjamppong (₩12,000) has a beef broth base with a spicy wok-fire flavor, topped generously with beef brisket, vegetables and shredded scallion. The noodles were springy and didn't get soggy to the end.

Next came the beef brisket jjamppong, which grabbed my eye right away with its deep red broth! The bowl was piled with savory beef brisket and vegetables, and topped with fresh shredded scallion, haha. I took a spoonful of broth first, and the deep, rich beef stock had a spicy, refreshing wok-fire flavor that cleared my chest! The noodles were springy and didn't go soggy to the end, a broth worthy of a famous Haeundae Chinese restaurant!

Is the black vinegar pork loin tangsuyuk too greasy?

Bueokgan's black vinegar pork loin tangsuyuk (₩28,000) is thick fried pork loin topped with sweet-and-sour black vinegar sauce, shredded onion and coconut powder. Thanks to the clean tang of black vinegar, the two of us finished it without feeling greasy.

The last main dish, the black vinegar pork loin tangsuyuk, was overwhelming from the look alone! Freshly fried, crispy thick pork loin came topped with deep, sweet-and-sour black vinegar sauce, crunchy shredded onion and sprinkled coconut powder, lol. I picked up a piece with chopsticks and bit in: crispy outside, juicy, moist and tender inside, a textbook crispy-outside, juicy-inside. Thanks to the clean, refined tang of black vinegar, my friend and I wiped the plate clean without any greasiness!
