Today I visited Bitnaneun Lash Wax Skin in Hadan, which has run a total shop covering lashes, brow tattoos, waxing, and skin care all in one for a whopping 12 years!

I booked ahead, and they sent a text and KakaoTalk reminder the day before so I didn't forget. I went with a lash perm, but lash extensions are also available — that has to take real skill, right?

How to get to Bitnaneun from Hadan Station

Come out of Hadan Station Exit 8 and look for the Suhyup Bank — you'll find it right away! It's on the 4th floor of that building.

The moment you step off the elevator, it's right there. I was surprised how clean the exterior was — even nicer than I expected — and being a total shop, it's quite spacious too.

You change into indoor slippers before entering! The restroom is outside and has a passcode.

The questionnaire and consultation before the lash perm

Before the lash perm, Bitnaneun Lash Wax Skin has you fill out a survey, and they asked quite detailed questions, which gave me a sense of trust. A lot of places just jump straight into the perm without asking anything...

Plus, this place is apparently known as a go-to spot for brow tattoos and lash extensions in Busan, so there were even male customers, and lots of people stopping by after work too. I guess I was the only one who didn't know — the hidden gem of Hadan brows...? Anyway, this is the spacious, comfortable beauty total shop near Hadan Station. I got curious about the skin treatments too so I looked into those, haha.

I got my lash perm on this bed, and lying down, they went through an even more detailed consultation based on the survey I'd just filled out, haha.

Haha, I really was an idiot — I rushed in so panicked about being late that I didn't read the survey properly... I checked the weakest option even though my lashes are on the short side, so the director had to point it out and correct it for me.

Haha, this is the state I showed up in after dashing over from work — my lashes really are short, and lately I've been rubbing my eyes so much that the front part had broken off a lot too. So the short lashes were poking my eyes even more, a vicious cycle. Short and cute lashes, but they needed help. ★

How did the Bitna J-curl eco perm turn out?

Ta-da... Looking at the before, you can really tell how much care the director put into this, haha. I went with a J-curl, and it wrapped up within an hour at most. It's called the Bitna J-curl, apparently their own curl developed in-house — despite being a J-curl, it doesn't bend extremely, just curls up moderately, so it should look pretty even as it relaxes over time!

Ah... I'll take better care of you from now on, my precious lashes. I went with an eco perm, and lash perms here are no-glue! If you want a longer-lasting perm, they also recommend a setting perm or black tinting perm. For now I like keeping it natural, hehe. If the eco perm already looks like this, I'm curious how much more lift a setting or black tinting perm would give.

I practically dozed off during the treatment — that's how comfortable they made it. The result is satisfying too ~~~~♥ (My eyes look wide open in the photos just because my contacts were making them dry.)

Having visited myself, I get why — a clean space, a skilled director, and friendly service, all three coming together is bound to bring in customers. And since I live in Hadan... that's a total bonus for me, haha.

Another great thing about Bitnaneun in Hadan: it's open until 9pm, so it's perfect for stopping by right after work. That's probably why so many office workers come too. Next time I'll try nourishing my lashes with some eyelash serum before coming back again! I'm curious how long this lash perm will last, so I'll add a follow-up on longevity later.
