Gijang crab restaurant in Busan: induction-warmed snow crab ramyeon
Gijang Myeongpum Daegae is a snow crab and king crab restaurant inside Gijang Market in Busan, tucked between Ssangdungi Hoetjip and Hajin Son Mandu. Two meaty snow crabs came out steamed, the crab meat was mixed into the guts in the shell, and the meal finished with 5,000-won fried rice and 10,000-won snow crab ramyeon. The steamed crab sat on an induction burner the whole time, so at Gijang Myeongpum Daegae it stayed hot down to the last bite.
