Pohang Songdo glass-wall sea-view restaurant: truffle pasta at Plan A

I was looking for somewhere with a nice atmosphere in Pohang and ended up at Plan A Restaurant (플랜에이레스토랑)!! I went to Pohang with my husband for the first time in a while. Every date there is usually just meat or raw fish, so this time I really wanted steak somewhere with a sea view ~~? Here's my story about Plan A Restaurant, where the view totally overwhelmed us : )

What are the ocean view and atmosphere at Plan A Restaurant like?

Plan A Restaurant is an ocean-view restaurant where the Songdo sea spreads out below the 4th-floor glass wall. We wanted a delicious meal, and eating with an ocean view would make the trip even happier, so we came. The second we walked in, I fainted at the view . .🩵🩵 It was an ocean view that makes you not envy the sea at Gijang, Busan, and the floor height is just right, so it looks pretty when you look down haha

The inside of Plan A Restaurant feels clean and comfortable. The wide-open glass wall was overwhelming, and the tables aren't cramped, so it was just right for a two-person date meal 😊 It isn't loud or chaotic; it's calm enough to enjoy your food, which I liked🍕

What should you order as a couple?

We ordered two things: the Plan A chop steak and the truffle aglio olio. The menu had pasta, risotto, steak and more, and for two people, steak alone feels like a shame and you really should add pasta, so it was a good choice 💛 We skipped the risotto because we were afraid of getting too full, and the portions turned out bigger than expected, haha

Truffle aglio olio taste

The truffle aglio olio at Plan A Restaurant came out beautifully plated, and the look of it, wow. Everything looked delicious, but I was most curious how the truffle pasta would taste!!

I really love truffle, so let's see!! Aglio olio is built on garlic and oil, so it can feel a bit greasy or plain, but with the truffle aroma added the flavor really comes alive. I was a total fan🩵

I personally like truffle aroma, so it went harmoniously with the chop steak too.

Plan A chop steak taste and what comes with it

The Plan A chop steak came with several side items alongside the meat, so it felt generous. The beef was cut into bite-size pieces, and eaten with the sauce it was tender and delicious haha. The sauce suited the meat especially well, so it was better with the sauce than plain meat!!

Sides like french fries and salad come too, so ordered together with pasta the whole meal felt more complete ~~~?

Look at how tender that meat is ~~~ Honestly I thought chop steak would taste about the same anywhere, but eating it that day, it was more satisfying than I expected.

We finished with ades haha. What I felt after this visit to Plan A Restaurant is that it's a good place to enjoy tasty Western food in a comfortable atmosphere!!
