Paju Unjeong bakery ricotta cheese ciabatta sandwich: Boulangerie Tan

Boulangerie Tan Unjeong Main Branch is a bakery on the first floor of Farm Star Tower on Chorongkkot-ro in Paju's Unjeong new town. A midday visit found the cornet pies and baguettes already sold out, so the haul was a ricotta cheese ciabatta sandwich, a chocolate salted financier and a sweet pumpkin cream cheese bread, and Boulangerie Tan gives one gourmet butter salt bread free when you buy three salt breads. Building parking and an elevator make takeout easy at Boulangerie Tan, but go early or call ahead if you want a specific bread.
