Hanok Maeul Mulgalbi is a galbi hot pot restaurant in Pungnam-dong, Jeonju. The galbi hot pot set simmered for 7-8 minutes until the bean sprouts, glass noodles and vegetables gave off a spicy yet refreshing broth, and the yukjeon (pan-fried beef slices) included in the set went nicely with the chives served alongside.
