Hanmaeum Butcher Restaurant Uijeongbu Gosan District Branch is a butcher-shop Korean BBQ restaurant in the Gosan district of Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi, where the beef is aged in-house. On a family visit the writer ordered the 600g aged beef plate — jingalbisal (thick rib finger), galbisal (rib meat), bone-in galbi, bupchaesal (top blade) and usamgyeop (beef brisket) — plus naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles) and castella pork skin from the review event. With a playroom visible from the table, Hanmaeum works especially well as a weekend meal out with kids.
