Gyuen-dang Avenue France Gwanggyo Branch is a charcoal-grill gyukatsu (beef cutlet) Japanese restaurant on the first floor of the Attijone building in Suwon, Gyeonggi, a five-minute walk from Exit 3 of Gwanggyo Jungang Station. Arriving as the first dinner customer at 5:45pm, the writer ordered sirloin gyukatsu (19,000 won), tenderloin gyukatsu (24,000 won) and hamburger omurice (17,000 won), each served with cabbage salad and Isigny salted butter and grilled at the table on one brazier per person. Weekend waits are common at Gyuen-dang, so an early arrival or a Naver reservation makes the visit easy.
