Autumn revisit to a Uijeongbu forest café's terrace seats: Forerest
Forerest is a large forest-view café set back along a wooded path on Nogyang-ro in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi. After a first visit in May, the writer returned in autumn with a cousin and took the terrace table with the best forest view, ordering Basque cheesecake (7,500 won), matcha Basque cheesecake (8,000 won), an iced americano (5,500 won) and a café latte. With the garden and forest path finally walkable after a rained-out spring trip, Forerest delivers atmosphere, coffee and dessert in one stop.
