This is nothing like the curry you make at home: real Indian curry in Songdo. I had lunch at Manokamana (머노까머나) Triple Street Branch 2 with Manokamana Set B for one.

Manokamana, in Triple Street near Songhyeon-a (the Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo area), has an exotic interior, and the wide range of curries and naan made by local Indian cooks are all delicious. I'd recommend it for a solo meal, a date or a group get-together.

Where is Manokamana Triple Street Branch 2, and where do you park?
Manokamana Triple Street Branch 2 is at 33-3 Songdogwahak-ro 16beon-gil, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, in the middle of the B2 food street of Triple Street Building C. It is open 10:00–22:00. If you drive, you get 5 hours of free parking in the underground car park, so it's easy to park and walk in.
The B2 level of Triple Street connects to B1 of Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo, so it's a good meal stop before or after shopping at the outlet, shopping at Triple Street, or watching a movie at Megabox.
Among the restaurants clustered on Triple Street's B2 level, Manokamana is the one with the unusual look and the sign that says "Indian Kitchen." Step inside and the high ceiling, showy lighting, vivid colors and wood interior really feel like being in India.
A distinctive restaurant pick at Triple Street

What are the seating and break time like?
Manokamana Triple Street Branch 2 is built around 4-person tables with a variety of other seats, so it works for couples on a date as well as group meals. Each table is neatly set with tableware.
It's open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. with no break time, so even if your mealtime is a bit awkward, you can eat at a relaxed pace.

What is in Manokamana Set B, and how much is it?
Manokamana Set B is ₩19,000 per person and can be ordered from 2 servings. It's a full course of green salad, chicken tikka, curry, naan, rice and lassi, and you can order it at any time of day.

For Set B you pick one curry from palak paneer, butter chicken or chicken masala. I chose butter chicken, and also ordered the lamb-based mutton korma and mutton palak.

How do the tandoor naan and the three curries taste?
Original naan and garlic naan
Manokamana served original naan and garlic naan, fresh from the tandoor oven, piping hot and generously big, perfect with curry. Even on its own it's mild and tasty, so I kept reaching for more.

Butter chicken curry
The butter chicken blends fresh tomato with smooth cream for a sweet, nutty flavor. The spices aren't strong, so kids love it too. It's a dish everyone can enjoy, with no one disliking it.
Mutton korma
Mutton korma is a lamb curry with a cashew nut and cream base. The mild, rich cream flavor is lovely, and the lamb's distinctive smell melts into the spices and soft sauce, so it's easy to eat.

Mutton palak
Mutton palak is a lamb curry with an eye-catching green spinach sauce. Fresh spinach meets tender lamb for a mild yet deep flavor, with a slight kick of spice, and you hardly notice the lamb's distinctive smell, so it's easy to enjoy.
